JCJC's Allen signs with San Diego school

 ELLISVLLE – Jones County Junior College baseball standout Zach Allen will be playing his senior college baseball on the west coast.

Allen, a two-year starter at second base for the Bobcats, has signed with Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. The Sea Lions are an NCAA Division II school and play in the Pacific West Conference. They play their games at Carroll Land Stadium, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

Allen is from Pascagoula.
